Job Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising structural construction projects, including commercial and high-rise developments. Duties include managing construction schedules, overseeing structural concrete operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project budgets and cost controls, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations, reviewing construction drawings and shop drawings, and supervising field operations to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Will oversee construction activities related to structural sequencing, quality assurance, procurement coordination, scheduling, and workforce supervision. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction. Utilize construction management software and project scheduling tools to monitor progress and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or structural construction supervision

· Experience with commercial or multi-story construction projects

· Experience with construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project controls

· Knowledge of construction management software and Microsoft Office applications

Travel to project sites may be required.
